Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Lian Hua Qing Skin Decoction For The Treatment Of Hormone-Dependent Facial Dermatitis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of application of Lian Hua Qing skin Decoction for the treatment of Hormone-dependent facial dermatitis.Method:The80patients with Hormone-dependent facial dermatitis of the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the principle of random, control,40patients in each group. The treatment group was given even the Lian Hua Qing skin Decoction.daily one agent.two bags per agent that with150ml,drinking one bag with warm water after breakfast and dinner. The control group was given Fangfeng Tongsheng pill (Beijing Tongrentang technology development Limited by Share Ltd pharmaceutical factory, the country medicine accurate Z11020246).2times/day.1bag/times.take it with warm water after breakfast and dinner. Continuous treatment of two courees that one course contain four weeks.Based on the objective symptoms that including Erythema. Swelling, Acne like rash, Telangiectasia, Adermotrophia and subjective symptoms that including Pruritus and Discomfort. Comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment,and according to the date to judge the curative effect.Result:l.The total effective rate of treatment group is92.5%and the control group is70%after the clinical treatment.The two groups had statistical si gnificance(P<0.05) which can tell us that the effect of the treatment group is better than control group.2. The treatment group score of Pruritus, Discomfort. Erythema, Swelling. Acne like rash is much better than the control group.Stati sti cal comparison have significant difference(p<0.05),but there is no difference with Telangiectasia and Adermotrophia after the treatment,p>0.05, No significant difference in the efficacy. Result:1.After the treatment, clinical observation indexes scores decreased significantly which can explain the Lian Hua Qing skin Decoction have obviously effective of the treatment for the Hormone-dependent facial dermatitis,the change of Pruritus, Discomfort, Erythema, Swelling, Acne like rash are particularly significan that the effect of treatment is much better than the control group2.Using the Lian Hua Qing skin Decoction for the treatment of Hormone-dependent facial dermatitis is effective treatment formula, its rapid onset, lasting effect, and high safety, is worthy of clinical application.
