The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of The Xuanmaiganjie Decoction Combined With Velvetfeeling In Treating Hormone-dependent Facial Dermatitis (Syndrome Of Internal Heat Due To Yin Deficiency)

Objective:Through the method of randomized controlled to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuanmaiganjie Decoction combined with Velvetfeeling in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis(syndrome of internal heat due to yin deficiency), to guidance the clinical treatment of the disease in the future.Mehods:According to the principle of random control,72 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.. Two groups of patients were used for Velvetfeeling,the observation group received the Xuanmaiganjie Decoction orally, the control group were treated with compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules, The course of treatment was 8 weeks. By observing the changes of subjective symptoms, objective skin lesion score and TCM syndrome score to determine the curative effect.Results:(1)8 weeks after treatment group compared with control group in skin effect of integral, In the observation group, the significant effective rate and total effective rate was71.88% and 87.5%. In the control group, the markedly effective rate, efficient rate was 40.00% and 76.67%. Through the statistical analysis it is concluded that:P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant.(2) 8 weeks after treatment group compared with control group in TCM syndrome integral, observation group the markedly effective rate and total effective rate was71.88%?96.88%. In the control group excellent effective rate and total effective rate was50%?86.67%. Through the statistical analysis it is concluded that:P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant.(3) Within group comparison:Before and after the treatment, the observation group and the control group in itching, discomfort, the scores of swelling and erythema inflammation papule, telangiectasia, dry skin, scaling, the statistical analysis shows that two groups of itching, discomfort, swelling and erythema inflammation papule, telangiectasia, dry skin, scaling score P< 0.05, there was a statistically significant difference, indicating that the two groups can improve the patient's condition. Comparison between groups:In inflammatory papules, itching, dry desquamation, observation group than the control group.Conclusion:Xuanmaiganjie Decoction combined with Velvetfeeling in the treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis (syndrome of internal heat due to yin deficiency) has the exact effect, improve the patient's subjective symptoms, skin lesions and TCM syndrome points.
