| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of orthopedics rehabilitation pill with external fixation in tibia and fibula fractures treatment, seeking reasonable and effective clinical treatment of tibia and fibula fractures.Method:The60cases of tibia and fibula fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups.Orthopedics rehabilitation pill with external fixation group as the treatment group, powder of Fracture contusion with external fixation group as the control group. Compared the efficacy evaluation (fracture healing time, related laboratory tests, complications, etc.)of the two groups,and analyzed by Statistics.Result:orthopedics rehabilitation pill combined with external fixator and fracture contusion powder combined with external fixation in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures comparison of two methods in treating fracture healing time is short, the former than the latter, but no significant difference between two groups,(P>0.05)there is no significant difference. Evaluation of curative effect, the former scoring average is higher than the latter, and there is a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),the former is obviously better than the latter.Conclusion:The use of external fixation for the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula is effective, with less trauma, no damage to the periosteum, the infection rate is low, after surgery with orthopedics rehabilitation pill treatment, can effectively promote fracture healing, accelerate callus formation, reduce recovery time and other advantages. |
