Traditional Chinese Medicinal Cultural Interpretation Of The Movie Li Shi Zhen

"Li Shizhen" is a historical biography movie which was filmed in1956and showed plenty of TCM culture. Traditional Chinese Medicine has made a significant contribution to the prosperity of Chinese nation, it also has significant impact on the development of world civilization.The culture of TCM is the outstanding representative of traditional Chinese culture, inheriting and carrying forward the culture of TCM is not only the need of Chinese medicine development, but also the need of TCM inheritance, and even the need of Chinese national revival.The purpose of the TCM cultural interpretation for the movie "Li Shizhen" is to inspire ideas of filmography creation and TCM culture dissemination nowadays from the analysis and evaluation of an excellent historical TCM film. This paper traced the history of the great Chinese mendical scientist Li Shizhen, analyzed and evaluated the movie"Li Shizhen" more comprehensively, interprets the TCMC that presented in the movie"Li Shizhen", and triggered a discussion on the issue of TCM cultural transmission in film and television works, showed that "Li Shizhen" is a classic representative of the "seventeen years "films, today how to face to the TCMC in the film and what recommendations to the film and television works of TCMC.This paper is divided into three chapters, on the basis of historical truth and artistic truth, we made TCM cultural interpretation on the movie "Li Shizhen" through literature research, historical research and cultural study.Chapter one Li Shizhen inside and outside the film. Traced the real Li Shizhen and the one as an artistic character in the film, his great contributions and historical status, and the impact of Li Shizhen and "Compendium of Materia Medica" on the world.Chapter two Chinese medicine culture elements presented in the movie"Li Shizhen". Combing the concept of traditional Chinese medicine culture, and make an in-depth interpretation on part of the TCM cultural elements presented in the film,then compare the Chinese and western medicine culture, and discuss the attitude we should have in face of TCM culture today.Chapter three Evaluation and reflection of the movie"Li Shizhen". First of all, we investigated the background of the film, including the era background and principal creative staff, according to the shooting background we find out the movie"Li Shizhen" belongs to the works of China films of the "seventeen years" period. And then, we reviewed the "seventeen years " film in the history of Chinese cinema, and discussed the relationship between the movie"Li Shizhen" and the "seventeen years" film, made analysis and evaluation of the film, we considered that the movie"Li Shizhen" is a classic representative of the "seventeen years" film. Finally, the analysis of evaluation in the film leads to a new topic,brings to thinking about the dissemination of TCMC from the film:how to strengthen the dissemination of Chinese medicine culture in the film or television works,and expand the traditional Chinese medicine culture influence.
