Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Construction In Jiangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

In recent years,the state has increased its support for the cause of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the construction of TCM culture has been placed in a prominent position.TCM hospitals are not only the top priority of TCM career development,but also the main position of TCM culture construction.Strengthening the TCM culture construction in TCM hospitals can not only improve the core competitiveness of TCM hospitals and promote the construction of healthy China,but also help to promote the excellent Chinese traditional culture and enhance Chinese cultural confidence.In this paper,the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine issued the "Chinese Medicine Hospital Chinese medicine culture construction guide" as the theoretical guidance,select Jiangxi Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,Jiujiang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and Nanchang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine these three have their own characteristics,and representative of traditional Chinese medicine hospital as the field investigation object,through field research and interviews with hospital related personnel,collected the three hospital of traditional Chinese medicine culture construction experience Basic information,and through the questionnaire survey to understand the views of medical staff and the masses on the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture.In general,TCM hospitals in Jiangxi Province have set up management institutions responsible for TCM culture construction according to the requirements of the central government,which have strengthened the construction of core value system and codes of conduct and environmental image construction of TCM hospitals.Meanwhile,TCM characteristics have been highlighted in treatment,further promoting the spread and development of TCM culture.However,Jiangxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital also has some problems in the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture,such as the imperfect construction team of traditional Chinese medicine culture,the lack of prominent regional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine culture,the lack of public recognition of the environmental image,and the lack of significant function of preventive treatment department.Traditional Chinese medicine hospital is the main body of traditional Chinese medicine culture construction,and the government is the leader of traditional Chinese medicine culture construction.According to the status of hospital and government in traditional Chinese medicine culture construction,combined with the problems found in the investigation,this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
