The Correlation Study Between Multi-slice Spiral CT Imaging Features And Ki67Protein Expression In Gastric Carcinoma

Objective:To retrospectively analyse the imaging features of MSCT enhanced examnationfor gastric carcinoma,the postoperative pathological data and the expression of Ki67protein, talk about the level of Ki67protein in gastric adenocarcinoma, and thecorrelation characteristics of MSCT imaging featuresas and Ki67protein expressionin gastric cancer.Methods:Based on the American seventh edition of the American Joint Committee onCancer （AJCC-2010）about the staging of gastric adenocarcinoma，collected72cases of gastric cancer in our hospital who were diagnosed by endoscopy，scanedwith16spiral CT tripe-phasic scanning in the preoperative. Tell them do the stomachcavity preparation, at the same time one family member signed his/her name in ainformed consent before the examnation,There are two radiation physicians toevaluate preoperative staging independently. Reference the pathologic staging,toanalysis retrospectively the staging results of CT and pathology, the imagingcharacteristics and Ki67MSCT expression in gastric carcinoma.Use the SPSS16.0statistical package to statistic.Results:In the72cases of patients with postoperative pathology,T1(10case),T2(13cases),T3(31cases), of T4.(18cases).T staging result by MSCT enhanced thepreoperative:T1(6cases), T2(7cases), T3(24cases), T4(14cases). The accuracyof T1、T2、T3、T4staging with multi-slice CT:60.0%、53.8%、77.4%、77.8%.The overall accuracy of CT examination for the T staging:70.3%.In the72cases of patients with in our hospital, in the results of whether thepatiences with lymph node metastasis or not, their pathological results after surgery were:45:27. The results of MSCT examination:32:40.The accuracy of whetherlymph node metastasis or not through MSCT enhanced examination:77.8%.Postoperative pathologically N0~N3staging:27cases,13cases,15cases,17cases.The accuracy rates of preoperative evaluating gastric cancer N0~N3staging:88.9%(24/27),53.8%(7/13),60.0%(9/15),64.7%(11/17). The overallaccuracy of CT examination for the N staging:70.8%.There are5cases of gastric cancer patients were not found in CT examinationbecause of the peritoneal metastasis. The accuracy of whether distant metastasis or notthrough MSCT enhanced examination:93.1%.In72cases of gastric cancer patients were included, there are51cases meet thestandard(The serosal invasion,lymph node metastasis).Two tumor thickness, lymphnode metastasis, serosal invasion of groupswas statistically significant(P <0.05),,while there had no significant difference in strengthening the difference(P>0.05)ConclusionAs a fast,simple inspection, Multi-slice spiral CT can be better preoperativestaging of gastric cancer, and preoperative estimate degree of expression of Ki67, thusit can take more accurate judgment of the metastasis and prognosis. Therefore it hascertain directive significance to the clinicians in the preoperative evaluation oftreatment and prognosis in formulation.
