Objective: To compare the effect of two port thoracoscopiclobectomy and the traditional three port thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods: Retrospective analysis of154patients with lung cancerundergoing VATS lobectomy,30patients were excluded because of thehistory of hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, chronicbronchitis.124patients were divided in two groups according to differentsurgical method. The two port thoracoscopic lobectomy group(TPTL)including60cases of two port thoracoscopic lobectomy and lymph nodesdissection, the traditional three port thoracoscopic lobectomy group(TTTL)including64cases of traditional three port thoracoscopic lobectomy andlymph nodes dissection. We compare the length of incision、 Meanoperation time、Average intraoperative bleeding、hydrochloride dosage、Average postoperative chest tube duration、Average postoperative hospitalstay、upper limb discomfort after activity6months postoperative. Results: The length of incision in the TPTL group and TTTL group issignificant difference (4.0±0.2cm vs6.2±0.3cm P<0.05).Thehydrochloride dosage using postoperative in the TPTL group and TTTLgroup is significant difference(125±35mg vs240±46mg P<0.05).2patients upper limb discomfort after activity6months postoperative in theTPTL group and11patients in the TTTL group (P<0.05).There is nodifference in Mean operation time、Average intraoperative bleeding、hydrochloride dosage、Average postoperative chest tube duration、Averagepostoperative hospital stay. Conclusion:The two port thoracoscopic lobectomy can reduce the length of incision、hydrochloride dosage and the upper limb discomfort afteractivity6months postoperative. |
