Comparison Of Clinical Effects Betweeen Single Port And Traditional Multi-Port Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery Lobectomy For Lung Cancer

Objective:To explore the feasibility,safety and clinical significance of single port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy for lung cancer by comparing the intraoperative and postoperative indices with traditional multi-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy for lung cancer.Methods:To choose the 54 patients with lung cancer from March 2017 to October 2018,whom had done the video-assisted thoracic surgery lobectomy.in the Thoracic Surgery of our hospital.23 of them under single-port video-assisted thoracic surgery lobectomy and 31 cases underwent multi-ports video-assisted thoracic surgery lobectomy.The clinical outcomes included length of surgical incision,operation time,number of lymph node dissection,amount of bleeding during operation,drainage volume,drainage days,days of hospitalization after operation,pain scores,and total costs were compared between the two groups.Results:All the operations were successful and no patient died.The average age,sex ratio,surgery spot,neoplasm staging,clinicopathologic and pathological type were no significant difference in both groups.In clinical indicators,the two groups had statistically significant in length of surgical incision(2.09 ± 0.19 VS 3.23 ± 0.68)cm,operation time(215.00±78.42 VS 155.00±48.92)min,amount of bleeding during operation(30.00± 14.77 VS 66.45±22.59)ml,pain scores(2.83±1.27 VS 4.13±1.84),P<0.01.There were no significant difference in lymph nodes dissection(7.48±4.40 VS 7.68±2.56),drainage volume(1000.30±739.33 VS 1345.48±876.49)ml,drainage days(6.34 ± 2.31 VS 7.01±3.62)d,days of hospitalization after operation(11.30 ± 3.78 VS 11.58±4.20),total costs(67147.82± 13255.56 VS 71409.26± 12726.57)yuan.Conclusion:1?Single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy is superior to traditional multi-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy in the treatment of lung cancer.It is safe and feasible.2?Single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy gose a step further in minimally invasive surgical treatment of lung cancer.Comparing with traditional multi-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy,the incision is more beautiful and shorter.and it is more accord with the concept of minimally invasive,and has certain social benefits.
