| Objective: To analyse the significance of tomographyaccompanied CT3D scanning used in the localization diagnosisand guiding treatment of multi-stage lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:28patients of multi-stage lumbar spinal stenosiswere definitely diagnosed by lumbar MRI and lumbar CT,theirsymptoms and signs of lumbar spinal stenosis wererepresentative,,but the role of responsible levels were notaccord with the responsible levels revealed by lumbar MRI andlumbar CT,nerve localization was inaccurate that the choiceof operation method was affected. After spinalangiography, imaging examination including L-Spine PA&LATã€lumbar CT3D were ordered to be performed,so that we can judgethe relationship between nerve root〠stiff backbone andcompressive things by sagittal viewã€axial view of lumbar CTand the imaging of the reconstruction of spine cord, pinpointingspecific responsible levels to select optimal surgical methodbecause limited surgery and effective decompression can improve curative effects and reduce complications ofmulti-stage lumbar spinal stenosis. Results:The results were evaluated after comparison ofpre-and postoperative in28cases.The satisfactory ratereached96.43%.The total improvement rate of JOA was66.83%.Clinical improvement was observed in all the patientsand effect was satisfactory, without serious complications. Conclusions:Tomography accompanied CT3D scanning candisplay the whole shape of vertebral canal, the local interestsbetween vertebral canal and spine cordã€nerve root, definecompressive things’s places, especially clear for the locationof lateral recess and foramen intervertebral.Tomographyaccompanied CT3D scanning can also distinguish betweendifferent causes of spinal canal stenosis, comprehend thepressure parts and the degeneration of spine by reconstructionof the whole spine cord, providing a reference forintraoperative spinal orthopedics.Localization diagnosis andguiding treatment of limited surgery and effectivedecompression are the most significant contribution oftomography accompanied CT3D scanning. It effectively avoidsthe destruction of spinal posterior column and lumbar softtissue in traditional surgery, reducing the odds of spinal instability and long-term risk of the low back pain, stiffnessand other complications, enhancing clinical effect andimproving life quality. |
