The Clinical Observation Of Du HuoSoup Combined With Minimally Incision Lumbar Spinal Canal Decompression In Treating Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Du Huo Soup in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis with the minimally invasive lumbar spinal canal decompression combined with coblation nucleoplasty through the clinical trials,and to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods The theoretical part of discussed the Chinese and Western medicine on the Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis disease name,etiology and pathogenesis and the summary of clinical treatment progress through the study of ancient and modern medical literature.A total of 47 patients with Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis treated by spinal surgery were collected from the Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and was divided into two groups that are the experimental group(n=23)and the control group(n=24).The experimental group was treated with the minimally invasive lumbar spinal canal decompression combined with Coblation Nucleoplasty and postoperative use of DuHuo decoction.The control group was treated with the minimally invasive lumbar spinal canal decompression combined with Coblation Nucleoplasty.The clinical efficacy and the differences between the two groups were evaluated before the treatment,the 1st day after the treatment,the 1st week after the treatment,the 3rd weeks after the treatment and the 3rd months after the treatment,using the painvisual analogue scale(VAS)and the efficacy score of lumbocrural pain symptoms of Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA).And the overall efficacy of the two groups was evaluated with Nakai efficacy evaluation criteria.Through statistical analysis,the author evaluated the efficacy.Results(1)The treatment regimen of the experimental group and the control group had good curative effect on DLSS.The VAS score and the JOA score were statistically nonparametric before and after treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the two treatment regimens had the clinical efficacy of DLSS significant differences.(2)The VAS score:1st day after treatment,no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);1st week and 3rd week after treatment,which were significant differences in 2 groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05);3rd month after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The JOA score:1st day after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);1st week and 3rd week after treatment,t,which were significant differences in 2 groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05);3rd month after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)The 3rd month afcter treatment,according to the efficacy of Nakai lumbar spinal stenosis surgery:23 cases of the experimental group,including the effect of excellent 7 cases,the effect of good for 9 cases,the effect is still available in 5 cases,the effect is poor 2 cases,excellent rate of 69.57%,the total effective rate of 91.30%;The control group of 24 cases,including the effect of excellent 6 cases,the effect of good for 7 cases,the effect is still 8 cases,the effect is poor in 3 cases,excellent rate was 54.17%,the total effective rate was 87.50%.There was no significant difference in total effective rate and excellent rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive lumbar spinal canal decompression combined with coblation nucleoplasty in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis,feating with safe operation,less traumatic bleeding,immediately removing the pain in waist and leg or limp symptoms,and good curative effect;Du HuoSoup can help relieve pain symptoms,promotnerve firnction recovery.However,after surgery for three months,there are no significant differencesin the pain symptoms,neurologxcal function recovery and treatment satisfaction between two groups of patients.
