Clinical Observation Of The Tacrolimus Therapy In Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Objective：Through comparison with CTX combined with corticosteroids，weobserve the efficacy and safety of the tacrolimus combined withcorticosteroids in treatment of IMN in short term.Methods：A total of20patients were slected from the Department ofNephropathy of the first hospital of JiLin University，who diagnosed IMNthrough the renal puncture from October2008to September2013. Theywere divided into tacrolimus group and CTX group. Observe the changeof albumin and24hour urine protein quantification before and aftertreatment，and the side effect.Result：After treatment for6months，the remission rate of tacrolimus groupwas84.6%(11/13)，CTX group was71.6%(5/7). Compared with priortreatment，in the two groups，albumin was significantly increased and24hour urine protein quantification was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with CTX group in the same term，albumin and24hour urineprotein quantification of tacrolimus were significantly relieved. Thepatients had no obvious side effect in the6months. Conclusion：It is an effective therapeutic regimen that tacrolimus combined withcorticosteroids treats the patients with IMN.It may has better efficacythan CTX combined with corticosteroids in short term.
