Primary hepatic carcinoma derives from hepatic cell and/or intrahepaticbiliary epithelial cells., Primary hepatic carcinoma ranks the fifth of all deathscaused by malignant tumors worldwide,with gradually increasing fatality ratesecondary to gastric carcinoma and esophagus carcinoma in the digestive systemmalignancy., the prognosis in the therapy of advanced hepatic carcinomaremains poor,despite major progress achieved in recent years. Therefore, acombined therapy of Chinese traditional medicine with therapeutic means mightoffer an alternative therapeutic strategy that exhibit advantages of postoperativepatients.Objectives: Investigate the effect of Xiaoliu Qudu Decoction combinedwith cyclophosphamide on tumor weight, immune cell number and macrophagephagocytic index in H22mouse hepatic cancer.Methods:5groups of H22mouse: saline group (negative control), CTXgroup (positive control), XLQDY+CTX group (High dose, median dose and lowdose). Saline group was administered saline (10ml·kg-1/d) intragastrically. CTXgroup was administered CTX (30mg·kg-1/d, intraperitoneal injection). XLQDY+CTX group was administered Xiaoliu Qudu Decoction (30,20,10g·kg-1/d,repectively. Dispensed with saline and administered intragastrically with concentration of10mlï¹'kg-1) and CTX (30mg·kg-1/d, intraperitoneal injection).Drug administration was carried out once a day for10days. The experimentalanimals were processed for tumor weighing after got Blood and right femur.Results: Average tumor weight is statistically significantly lower in CTXgroup and XLQDY+CTX group compared with negative group, and immunecell number and macrophage phagocytic index is lower too. Average tumorweight is statistically significantly lower in XLQDY+CTX group comparedwith CTX group, but tumor inhibition rate immune cell number and macrophagephagocytic index statistically significantly higher.Conclusions: XLQDY+CTX can inhibit tumor growth more thancyclophosphamide, lower the inhibition of hematopoiesis function andimmunity function.
