Observed The Quality Of Life And Recurrence Rates Of The Comprehensive Treatment Program Of Traditional Chinese Medicine During The Remission Stage Of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease(CPHD).

Objective:To value the quality of life of patients with recurrence rates of the comprehensive treatment program of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) during the remission stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD).Methods:With multi-center, randomized, paralleled controlled trial,181cases of pulmonary heart disease in remission were randomly divided into treatment group (TCM combined therapy) and control group (basic treatment). After syndrome type, the treatment group on the basis of the treatment on the basis of conventional Western medicine, Chinese medicine decoction plus oral therapy, acupuncture treatment applicator. The control group treated with conventional therapy. Course of two months, the World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF(WHOQOL-BREF) to evaluate the quality of life of patients. After2months of treatment, the recent evaluation of the quality of life; six months of follow-up evaluation of the quality of long-term survival and recurrence rates. This study focuses on long-term quality of life assessment.Results:Overall improvement in the quality of life in treatment group was92.5%;86.4%in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the overall effect of the treatment group than the control group. In contrast to the dimensions of the treatment group physiological dimension, significantly improving the psychological dimension (P than the control group<0.05); while compared to the social dimension, the environmental dimension of improvement and the control group, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). In between each specific syndromes, lung deficiency syndrome, deficiency of both lung and kidney, lung and spleen of both qi, spleen and kidney deficiency of both treatment and control groups in each dimension of quality of life integral comparison, physiological dimension scores, psychological dimension score differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), while in the social dimension scores, environmental dimension scores were not statistically significant (P>0.05). In terms of recurrence, six months after the end of treatment, follow-up, the emergency door, six months to reduce the number of hospitalizations than before treatment, a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions:The curative effect of the comprehensive treatment program of TCM is definite for patients during the the remission stage of CPHD. not only can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the relapse rate, and safety. Cor remission after treatment is effective, efficient medicine comprehensive treatment program better. Divided into two groups of four different syndromes, but by traditional Chinese medicine, among various syndromes therapy there is no difference. Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine-based treatment regimens can improve the quality of life of patients to some extent, reduce the relapse rate, and integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment program in improving the quality of life and reduce the relapse rate was significantly better than Western medicine-based treatment.
