| Objective:liver cirrhosis is caused by many reasons, to diffuse liver fibrosis, regenerative nodules and false lobular shape become characteristic of chronic liver disease. Clinical with impaired liver function and portal hypertension as the main performance, and accompanied by multiple organ involvement. According to the course of clinical development process can be divided into compensated and Decompensa-ted. The compensatory phase cirrhosis often occult, can appear high pressure of portal vein, spleen enlargement and abnormal hepatic function. At present there is no drug can significantly reverse cirrhosis of the liver. Western although some drugs used in clinic, but the curative effect is not ideal, and more adverse reactions of Western medicine. The use of Chinese medicine to treat the disease, greatly reducing the disadvantages of Western medicine in the treatment of this disease, achieved satisfactory effect. Tong Luo Xiaozheng decoction is experience of Professor in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis, for achieved good clinical efficacy.Method:This study collected in2012February-2014February Hunan University of Chinese Medicine hepatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital Outpatient and inpatient department with hepatitis B cirrhosis diagnosis and syndrome differen-tiation criteria in60patients. The hypochondrium distending pain, depression, anorexia or postprandial epigastric fullness, lassitude main symptom.The experimen-tal design method of random, parallel control, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group, the two groups in gender, age, cour-se of disease, symptom score, there was no significant difference, comparable (P>0.05).Control group:the same manufacturer specifications of Fuzheng Huayu capsule orally, three times a day, five pills each time. Treatment group:in the control group based on the given Tongluo Xiaozheng decoction, Decoction:Caulis Spatholobi Caulis Lonicerae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, radix, astragalus root, ginseng, Atractylodes, Poria, earthworm, woodlouse, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Zeeland, peach kernel, Achyranthes root, liquorice etc.. Water frying clothing, three times a day; both took three months for a course of treatment, observation period of treatment for two or six months, compared before treatment, after three months, six months after treatment the symptom score,Result:1.Comparison of two clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect:after six months of treatment group the total efficiency is96.7%, control group, the total efficiency of80%, the dose effect of the two groups (P<0.05), the difference in the overall effect of Tongluo Xiaozheng decoction is better than that of Fuzheng Huayu capsule.2.Comparison of two groups of TCM symptoms:there was significant difference before and after treatment of three months after the experiment group and treatment group each symptom integral (P<0.01), the experimental group compared with the control group (P<0.05); the difference of two groups were compared for integral before and after six months, had statistical significance (P’0.01), after six months of treatment, the experimental group and the control group syndrome score was statistically significant (P<0.01). Description of Tongluo Xiaozheng decoction in improving the patient symptom scores than that of Fuzheng Huayu capsule.3.two groups of liver fiber four values:three months after treatment experimental group and treatment group respectively before and after liver fiber four values (LN, PCIII, C-IV, HA) are statistically significant compared (P<0.05), hepatic fibrosis in experimental group and control group four each value has no difference (P>0.05) the two groups were compared; before treatment and six months after liver fiber four values, were statistically significant (P ’0.01) after six months of treatment, between the experimental group and the control group four of the value of liver fibrosis had no significant difference (P>0.01). Description of Tongluo Xiaozheng decoction capsule and blood stasis in anti liver fibrosis.4.Comparison of two groups of blood:after three months of treatment, two groups WBC, RBC, PLT values were not significant (P>0.05), the mountains in the experimental group after three months of treatment and control group did not improve the patient’s WBC, RBC, PLT value. After six months of treatment, the two groups before treatment and six months after WBC, RBC value, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After six months of treatment, the treatment group two groups before and six months after PLT values were significantly different (P<0.01). Treatment of two groups were compared after six months, no difference between the two groups (P>0.05). In the maintenance of patients with WBC, RBC value and PLT value in patients with elevated Tongluo Xiaozheng decoction and Fuzhenghuayu capsule treatment.5.Comparison of hepatic function in two groups:three months after treatment, the ALT and AST results were statistically significant values of the two groups respectively before treatment and after three months (P<0.01), the experimental group and the control group with no significant difference (P>0.05). After three months of treatment between the two groups, two groups respectively before treatment and three months after TBIL values were not statistically significant (P>0.05); after six months of treatment, two groups, two groups before treatment and after treatment for six months, the values of TBIL were no difference (P>0.05). Two groups respectively before treatment and after treatment for six months, the thickness of the spleen were statistically significant (P<0.05), there was statistical significance respectively in June two before treatment and portal vein width difference (P<0.01); after six months of treatment, the thickness of spleen and portal vein width was compared between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Tongluo Xiaozheng decoction and Fuzhenghuayu capsule efficacy in reducing the thickness of spleen and portal vein width difference.7.security detection:two groups of patients after treatment, serum safety testing non-toxic side effects, adverse reactions and side effects were not found in two groups.Conclusion:After six months of treatment, theTongluo Xiaozheng decoction can obviously improve the symptoms disappear, can make patients were recovered to normal, increasing albumin values, with anti hepatic fibrosis, improve spleen function hyperthyroidism patients and reduce the role of portal hypertension. |
