| Objective:To observe the influence of Xiaochaihu decoction on SP and Ghrelin in functional dyspepsia rats (syndrome of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-qi deficiency) and to analyze the mechanism of Xiaochaihu decoction in treating functional dyspepsia.Method:Screened and randomly divided SD rats into four groups (6male&6female/group):Blank group (AG), Model group (BG), Xiaochaihu decoction group (CG), Domperidone group (DG). Except to AG the other three groups were made model with composite cause molding method (chronic restraint stress+excessive fatigue+irregular food+tail clamped), the molding process continues21days. Then on the next14days filled the AG and BG rats with physiological saline by intragastric administration, and filled the CG and DG rats respectively with Xiaochaihu decoction and Domperidone liquor by intragastric administration every day. After the treatment was finished in the35th day, fed all groups without anything but water during24hours, and began to take samples for testing in the36th day. Results:1.Compared with that in the blank group, the urine-D xylose excretory rate,weight, SP and Ghrelin content of blood serum, gastric antrum and colonic tissue in model group had obviously decreased (P0.01).2.Compared with that in the model group, the urine-D xylose excretory rate,weight in the Xiaochaihu decoction had obviously increased (P0.05), the SP content of gastric antrum and colonic tissue in the Xiaochaihu decoction had obviously increased (P0.01), while the Ghrelin content of blood serum and gastric antrum in the Xiaochaihu decoction had obviously increased (P<0.01).3. Compared with that in the Domperidone group, the urine-D xylose excretory rate,weight in the Xiaochaihu decoction had no statistical significance (P>0.05), the SP and Ghrelin content of blood serum, gastric antrum and colonic tissue in model group had statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. The complex pathogenesis molding had successfully modeled functional dyspepsia rats model (syndrome of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-qi deficiency).2.Xiaochaihu decoction has increased the SP content of gastric antrum and colonic tissue in functional dyspepsia model rats.3.Xiaochaihu decoction has increased the Ghrelin content of blood serum and gastric antrum in functional dyspepsia model rats.4.The mechanism of treatment FD might be that Xiaochaihu decoction has the effects of increasing the SP content of gastric antrum and colonic tissue and the Ghrelin content of blood serum and gastric antrum in functional dyspepsia model rats. |
