Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the combination of mosapride and Fuling decoction(wjhd)on functional dyspepsia(FD)patients with_syndrome of stagnation of Qi and its influence on the related indexes such as pepsinogen-I(PG-1),gastrin-17(G-17),etc.,to evaluation verify the effectiveness and safety of this scheme in the clinical treatment of FD patients with spleen deficiency and Qi Stagnation Syndrome.Methods:98 FD patients with syndrome of stagnation of Qi due to spleen deficiency who admitted from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects, with the approval of the hospital ethics committee, patients were randomly divided into two groups according to their group number, the Western medicine group(49 cases)was treated by oral administration of mosapride, and the combination group(49 cases)was treated by combination of mosapride and Fuling decoction),to observe the changes of TCM symptom score, gastric emptying function, negative emotion, related biochemical index, adverse reaction and recurrence after treatment. Results:Improvement of symptoms TCM:The scores of fullness in the stomach and epigastric pain in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine group(t=6.260、3.483,P<0.05);after treatment, diet reduces, fatigue and weakness, sallow complexion, nausea and vomiting, and loose stools in the combination group were significantly decreased than those in the Western medicine group(t=48.699、4.394、2.379、11.282、6.313,P<0.05);The total score of TCM syndrome in combination group was significantly lower than that in western medicine group(t=8.724,P<0.05).The total effective rate in improvement of TCM syndrome in combination group(87.76%)was significantly higher than that of western medicine group(71.43%)(2=4.020,P<0.05).Compared with the Western medicine group(71.43%),the combined group(87.76%)had significantly lower total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement(χ2=4.020,P<0.05);The serum levels of G-17 and PG-I in the combination ed group were significantly higher than those in the Western medicine group(t=13.478、3.978,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was 91.84%,which was significantly higher than that of the Western medicine group(75.51%),the recurrence rate within 3 months in combination group(10.20%)significantly decreased than that of the Western medicine group(34.69%)(χ2=4.780、8.440,P<0.05).There were no obvious abnormalities in the results of routine examination of blood, urine and stool, liver and kidney function, blood glucose, blood lipid and electrocardiogram between two groups; The incidence of adverse drug reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and loss of appetite in the combination group was not significantly different from that in the Western medicine group(χ2=0.071、0.210、1.010、0.122,P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of mosapride and Fuling decoction was used in the clinical treatment of FD patients with syndrome of stagnation of Qi due to spleen deficiency, the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of mosapride alone, and the recurrence rate was significantly reduced. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes. The treatment can obviously improve the spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome in patients with FD,serum levels of G-17,PG-I,effectively regulate the biochemical indicators;mosapride combined with Waitai-Fuling decoction decoction can effectively relieve anxiety, depression and other negative emotions of patients with FD,and improve their psychological state. In addition, there was no significant adverse drug reaction compared with the mosapride group alone. Our results show that this treatment regimen is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
