Objective:It can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of early diabetic neph-ropathy patients by studying the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pathological character-istics of patients with early diabetic nephropathy, and analyzing the e-arly diabetic nephropat-hy patients with urine trace albumin and syndrome factor correlation.Methods:189patients with early diabetic nephropathy were collected from Sept. in2012-Dec.in2013during a visit toFUJIAN University of traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospita-1Department of Endocrinology and Department of nephropathy.Conforming to the diagnosi-s standard, the standardization of diagnostic data collect and record the general data of patie-nts with clinical data,FUJIAN University of traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of inde pe-ndent research and development of health diagnosis system-identification system identifica ti-on, data in patients with syndrome elements, according to the traditional Chinese medicin e sy-ndromes integral pathological features.2Collecting urine samples by immune rurbidimetry determination of microalbumin lev-els records microalbuminuria data of patients.3We can use SPSS19.0to analyze the patients’ages, laboratory test results, diagnostic infor-mation and other data, as well as using linear correlation analysis to research the correlati-on between the syndrome distribution characteristics and microalbuminuria.Results:1Liver, kidney and spleen account more for early diabetic nephropathy syndrome eleme-nts of disease location.The syndrome distribution order is liver> kidney> spleen (liver51cases, kidney48cases, spleen24cases).2Many kinds of the disease syndrome are Blood deficiency, YIN deficiency, phlegm, damp-ness followed heat, blood deficiency, Yang deficiency, Quiz deficiency, blood stasis and so on.3In the miscellaneous diseases syndrome are35cases of disease syndromes of liver and kid-ney disease (39.2%), which is the largest proportion; in the deficiency an-d miscellaneous syndrome, yin deficiency and blood deficiency are38cases (42.7%), the largest proportion, in the empirical and miscellaneous, phlegm wet phase an-d43cases (48.3%), the largest pro-portion.4It has a moderate correlation between early diabetic nephropathy urine albumin and kidn-ey quiz deficiency syndrome.5There was no significant correlation between early evidence in patients with diabetic nephro-pathy in features and age.Conclusion:1The liver, kidney and spleen take a great persentage on early diabetic nephropathy vise-era syndrome elements of disease location. And the liver is the most, followed by kidney dise-ase.Yin deficiency, blood deficiency, I deficiency and Yang deficiency contribute to Syndr-ome.The yin deficiency was the largest part, followed by blood deficiency with phlegm.Em-pirical, wet, blood stasis, and heat consist od the empirical,in which wet is the most part, followed by heat. Syndromes and hybrid performance are the disease to liver and kidne-y disease. Disease syndrome with Yin deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome are most diseases, while empirical to phlegm is of great amount.
