Purpose:Individualized intervention through complex acute on chronic (subacute) liver failure subjects Integrative comprehensive treatment to reduce complications and reduce mortality. The effective rate of the main evaluation indicators to assess Integrative Medicine program for acute on chronic (subacute) liver failure comprehensive efficacy and safety for the clinical treatment of liver failure and to provide new information and ideas.Method:By using a prospective, randomized, controlled trial study design8weeks treatment was observed in the control group and western medicine in the combination therapy group were45cases of acute on chronic (subacute) clinical symptoms of liver failure, liver and kidney function, blood clotting function, quality of life index table and compare the two groups.Result:After8weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was significant difference (P <0.05) TCM treatment group and the control group of Western medicine. TBIL:After treatment decreased (P<0.05), and Western medicine treatment group was lower than in Western medicine control group (P<0.05); prothrombin activity:TCM treatment group rose superior to Western control group (P<0.05); ALT, AST:both groups were lower (P<0.05), but no difference between the two groups was significant; ALB:both groups were increased (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between sex; capita artificial liver Views:per capita number of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group than western medicine control group, but the difference between the two groups was not significant.
