Objective Experimental observation of 6MWT through the Integrated Treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. The purpose is to provide the basis for evaluation of medicine.Experimentally observe the effect of the integrated treatment on chronic congestive heart failure through 6MWT.Methods This study dealt with the reseach about CHF in the past few years. The clinical research included 42 patients with chronic heart failure,21 cases who were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group 21 cases, of whom 25 were male, accounting for 59.5%and 17 females, accounting for 40.5%. Data was analysed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, Chinese medicine symptom and left ventricular function symptoms have improved greatly, significantly increased walking distance, the difference was significant. After treatment, the treatment group compared with the Western, had a significant difference in walking distance. NYHA decentralized evaluation there is there left ventricular function with the treatment of 90%of total efficient, and with the western of 58%.After treatment, significant improvement in TCM, but in the combination therapy group was better than western medicine group. Conclusions 1. The cardiac function of all the patients had been improved. But the improvement of patients in the combination therapy group was better than that in western medicin group.2.Six-minutes walking test can be used to evaluate cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure. It does not have good correlation with NYHA clnical evaluation, but also is simple, safer, more detailed quantitative and easy for the patients.
