To Observe The Bai-liang Tea Extracts On Learning And Memory Ability In Mice

Objective:To observe the Bai-liang tea extracts on learning and memory ability in mice.Methods:Fifty Immunization mice,Weight from18to22G were randomly divided into5groups,including The control group, Rhodiola rosea group (300mg/kg), extract low dose Bai-liang tea group (100mg/kg), middle dose bai-liang tea group (200mg/kg), and high dose Bai-liang tea group (400mg/kg),There were10mice in each group. All of the Mice received Water maze test,25days after the administrationthis.At last,All the mice were sacrificed and the brain,liver and muscle.and the liver glycogen, muscle glycogen, superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase levels were selected.Results:(1) Compared with that of the blank control group, The mice of the Bai-liang tea group can shorten the time to get to the stage;(2) compared with that each group, The mice of high dose of Bai-liang tea group can prolong the staging memory decay time; (3) Compared with that of the blank control group, Bai-liang tea group the levels of MG, LG can be increased the the mice;(4) Compared with that of the blank control group, Bai-liang tea group the levels of SOD and GSH-Px can be increased by the mice.Conclusion:(1) The Bai-liang tea extract, The learning and memory ability of in mice can be improvel by taking;(2) The Bai-liang tea extract The ability of learning and memory of mice in a certain extentcan be improvel by taking,This is related with improvement of oxidative energy metabolism level.
