| Objective:Through the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on simple obesity systematic summary and statistical analysis,standardization of clinical study on acupuncture for treatment of simple obesity treatment program,with a view to providing some useful references for clinical.Method:By computer searched "Chinese journal full-text database","Chinese technology journal full-text database" and "Digital journal full-text database" three databases,"Chinese Acupuncture Journal","Acupuncture Research Journal"," Acupuncture Clinical Journal" and "Shanghai Acupuncture Journal" the four national Acupuncture magazines with January1999to December2013acupuncture treatment on obesity-related literatures, and to systematical summarize and statistical analysis the125included literatures’s selection of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of acupuncture treatment of simple obesity,simple obesity disease types,acupuncture points’selection,the clinical efficacy of treatment and other aspects.Meanwhile through meta analysis the38Standards-compliant articles in the125articles into the literature,to objective evaluation the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture treatment on simple obesity.Results:1〠Acupuncture treatment of simple obesity with electro-acupuncture therapy, body acupuncture therapy and ear pressure therapy were most commonly used,but the clinical treatment programs often used a variety of combined therapies,and the ear pressure therapy was one of the most commonly used complementary therapies.2〠The clinical classification of simple obesity could basically be summarized as followed five kinds of syndromes:spleen deficiency and dampness type, gastrointestinal real hot type, spleen kidney both deficiency type, liver depression and qi stagnation type, yin deficiency and interior heat type, which had previous two kinds of syndromes most commonly. 3〠Acupuncture treatment of simple obesity the most commonly used eight main points in the order were:Tianshu, Zhongwan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Fenglong, Guanyuan, Daheng, Qihai;The most commonly used seven ear points in turn were: Neifenmi,Wei,Pi,Shenmen,Sanjiao,Jidian,Dachang;five kinds of common syndromes most commonly used two distribution points were:gastrointestinal real hot type: Neiting, Quchi; yin deficiency and interior heat type:Sanyinjiao, Taixi; spleen deficiency and dampness type:Yinlingquan, Fenglong; spleen kidney both deficiency type:Pishu, Shenshu; liver depression and qi stagnation type:Taichong, Ganshu.4〠When use body acupuncture or electro-acupuncture as mine therapy to treatment simple obesity, the treatment time and course always designed as followed: each treatment time was30minutes,10-15times for a treatment course,total treatment2-3courses.5〠By the resulting data based meta-analysis,comparison of the results of all the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for treatment of simple obesity as followed:the special acupuncture therapy was superior to the conventional therapy; the electro-acupuncture therapy and the embedding therapy were all superior to the acupuncture therapy; the needle knife therapy was superior to the electro-acupuncture therapy; the two kinds of acupuncture in combination therapy was superior to the one acupuncture therapy; the acupuncture combined with diet therapy was superior to the simple. diet therapy; the embedding therapy was quite to the electro-acupuncture and the electro-acupuncture combined with ear pressure therapy was quite to the oral sibutramine therapy.Conclusion:1〠In clinical treatment of simple obesity, we can conduct syndrome type by followed five mine kinds of syndromes:spleen deficiency and dampness type, gastrointestinal real hot type, spleen kidney both deficiency type, liver depression and qi stagnation type, yin deficiency and interior heat type.2〠The acupuncture points’selection,the mine points we can choose Tianshu, Zhongwan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Fenglong, Guanyuan, Daheng, Qihai,the ear points we can choose Neifenmi,Wei,Pi, Shenmen, Sanjiao, Jidian, Dachang.The distribution points’selection can refer to as followed:gastrointestinal real hot type:Neiting, Quchi; yin deficiency and interior heat type:Sanyinjia, Taixi; spleen deficiency and dampness type:Yinlingquan, Fenglong; spleen kidney both deficiency type:Pishu, Shenshu; Liver depression and qi stagnation type:Taichong, Ganshu.3〠The acupuncture therapy’s selection,we can choose the electro-acupuncture therapy as the primary treatment and the ear pressure therapy as the adjuvant therapy for treatment.4〠The acupuncture treatment time and course’s designation,we can design as followed:each treatment time is30minutes,10-15times for a treatment course,total treatment2-3courses. |
