Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Simple Obesity Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency With Acupuncture And Moxibustion Of Shenque And Mingmen Points

Purpose: Through the CV 8,curse of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of simple obesity,and the clinical curative effect,this paper compares and analyzes the CV 8,curse of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of spleen kidney Yang deficiency type of simple obesity of unique advantages,for the clinical treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type simple obesity to provide more theoretical support and clinical reference.Method: 72 patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency were selected in accordance with TCM diagnosis and inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group using CV 8,"Ming to acupuncture treatment,the control group with simple acupuncture treatment,treatment group(acupuncture treatment 1 times per day,2 moxibustion treatment,control group acupuncture 1 times a day,20 days for one period of treatment,treatment 3 period of treatment,rest 3 days after completion of each course.After the course of treatment,the measurement and evaluation are carried out according to the reference standards.Result: 1.Approved by the statistics,body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio comparison,the treatment group and control group after comparing the observation indexes before and after treatment in patients with significant difference(P),various indicators have a significant change.After treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in obesity treatment compared with before treatment.Compared with the control group,the improvement of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group,with statistically significant difference.2.Comparing the total efficacy between the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the total efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P=0.029).Conclusion: CV 8,"Ming to acupuncture and simple acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type simple obesity,have good curative effect,including CV 8,curse of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of the disease curative effect is better.
