The Clinical Observation Of Conglong Wendan Ointment Impact In Children’s Asthma Chronil Duration

Purpose:this study through the observation of children with asthma, chronic duration from Long Wen bile paste asthma control, syndromes, signs, and the recurrence rate and the effect of evaluation from Long Wen bile paste clinical curative effect for the treatment of infantile asthma chronic duration.Methods:60cases of children with asthma will be selected randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group30cases to from Long Wen bile paste treatment, control group30cases to meng Ruth Turner chewable tablet treatment. Course of4weeks, two groups are a course of treatment, were followed up for6months. Observe two groups before and after treatment in children with clinical symptoms, physical sign and the recurrence rate.Resu Its:2months after treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness96.67%, control group total effectiveness80.00%, treatment group curative effect is higher than the control group, after statistics processing, both have significant difference (P<0.05); On the improvement of syndromes, the treatment group total effectiveness93.33%, control group total effectiveness73.33%, treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group, with significant statistical difference (P<0.05); In Chinese medicine master card to improve curative effect and TCM syndrome integral, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05); In the aspect of reducing the recurrence rate, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P <0.05); Treatment group before and after treatment the safety indexes were in normal range.Conclusion:1. Cong Long Wen Dan Ointment treatment of infantile asthma chronic duration treatment group total control (96.67%) than the control group (80.00%)2. Cong Long Wen Dan Ointment in improving the pediatric asthma syndromes of chronic duration, total effective rate (93.33%) is better than that of control group (73.33%).3. Cong Long Wen Dan Ointment in reducing recurrence of pediatric asthma is better than that in control group.4. This study with good adherence, no obvious adverse reactions.
