The Clinical Studies Of Chubiliang Xue Decoction Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris(Blood Heat Intrinsic Type)

Objective:to observe the clinical effect and action mechanism of traditional chinese medicine " Chu Bi Liang Xue Tang "decoction on patients with Psoriasis vulgaris with blood hot air dryness.Methods:64cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group.32cases in the treatment group were treated with " Chu Bi Liang Xue Tang" decoction,take a dose with water150ml twice a day morning and night.4weeks for a course of treatment, observation of1courses.32cases in the control group were treated with " XiaoYin" capsules six pills three times a day,4weeks for a course of treatment, observation1courses. SPSS16.0software was used for statistical analysis measurement data using t tests count data using chi-square test.Result:①treatment group the cure rate was12.5%,Significant efficiency was43.75%, effective rate was37.5%, the total effective rate was93.75%; the control group, cure rate was6.2%,and the Significant efficiency was34.3%,the effective rate was34.3%,the total efficiency was75%.Through statistical analysis,(P>0.05), there is no significant difference between the two groups.②In the two groups before treatment, the total integral comparison (P>0.05), no significant difference, comparable.③4weeks after the treatment in the two groups, the total scores (P<0.05), there was significant difference.Conclusion:Chu Bi Liang Xue Tang through clear away the heat-evil,detoxication,cool the blood, expelling wind, Itching, multi-target therapeutic Blood type intrinsic heat psoriasis.
