The Study On Early Syndromes Of TCM In Patients After Gynecologic Abdominal Surgery

Objective This research main purpose lies in clustering analysis the first day and the third day after gynecological abdominal surgery of the TCM four diagnostic information,studying on the first day and the third day after gynecologic abdominal surgery of TCM syndrome type distribution and analysising the correlation between the early syndromes of TCM in patients after gynecologic abdominal surgery and patients age,disease types, operation methods and anesthesia time.Provide theoretical basis for the syndrome differentiation of TCM and curative effect evaluation after gynecologic abdominal surgery.Methods This study based on the theory of TCM.Designning a information questionnaire through referring to the methods and principles of clinical epidemiology,the literature review and combined with years of clinical experience of the tutor Wu Yanping.Collect150cases included in the standard of the patients general condition and the postoperative first day and third day of the TCM four diagnostic information in Zhejiang province hospital wards of department of gynaecology from February2013to October2013.Entry and check data with EpiData3.0.Using SPSS17.0statistical software analyse the data with the methods of clustering analysis,chi-square test,non-parameter test,etc.Results The syndrome types of TCM in patients after gynecologic abdominal surgery for thefirst day are gastrointestinal qi stagnation syndrome(58cases,38.7%),Dampness-Retention due to Spleen-Deficiency syndrome(32cases,21.3%),qi and Yin deficiency syndrome(22cases,14.7%),qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(20cases,13.3%),spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(18cases,12.0%),a total of five kinds of TCM syndrome types.The syndrome types of TCM in patient after gynecologic abdominal surgery for the third day are Dampness-Retention due to Spleen-Deficiency syndrome(66cases,44.0%),qi and Yin deficiency syndrome(32cases,21.3%),kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(30cases,20.0%),qi and blood deficiency syndrome(22cases,14.7%),a total of four kinds of TCM syndrome types. The early syndromes of TCM in patients after gynecologic abdominal surgery has no significant correlation with age, disease types, operation methods and anesthesia time(P>0.05).Conclusion Through researching150cases of early TCM syndrome in patients after gynecologic abdominal surgery,the study showed that the syndrome types of TCM in patients after gynecologic abdominal surgery for the first day have five kinds.They are gastrointestinal qi stagnation syndrome,Dampness-Retention due to Spleen-Deficiency syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.The syndrome types of TCM in patients after gynecologic abdominal surgery for the third day have four kinds.They are Dampness-Retention due to Spleen-Deficiency syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome.
