Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To analyse the clinical features of Guillian-Barre syndrome oftrauma correlationMethod:40patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome were retrospectivelyevaluated from October2011to March2014.We selected3cases oftrauma-related Guillian-Barre syndrome with infact clinical data.Theclinical features were assessed and evaluated.We reviewed the relativeliterature.Results: Among40Guillian-Barre syndrome cases,3were acute motoraxonal neuropathy (AMAN),32were acute inflammatory demyelinatingpolyneuritis (AIDP),3were Recurrent Guillain一Barre syndrome(R-GBS), and2were Miller-Fisher syndrome (MFS).3cases oftrauma-related GBS were rare.Predisposing causes included surgery andhead trauma.Conclusion:1.Trauma-related GBS is more common in the operationpatients of the general anesthesia.2.Trauma-related GBS is more sevreand have a unfavourable prognosis.3.Because trauma and somecomplications of the surgery conceal some important signs,diagnosis andtreatment were often delayed.4.It is important that concerning on the new symptoms and signs after the trauma and surgery and recognizing theclinical characteristics of trauma related GBS.
