Objective:Arrhythmia is a common complication of atrial septal defect, aftertranscatheter occlusionor surgical treatment, this article focuses on comparing changeof arrhythmiaspreoperativeand postoperative a, and to explore the possible mechanism and relatedfactors.Method: Choosing69Secundumatrial septal defectpatients with an ASD diameter>=20mmin our hospital from October2011to October2013, exclusingwho have other organicheart diseases,and44of them were treated bytranscatheter occlusion,25by surgicaltreatment, all of them were given conventional biochemical exammination,ECG, X-ray andcolor Doppler echocardiography, followed up for6months to observe the preoperative, postoperative changes.Results:1.after both transcatheter occlusionand surgical treatment, right heart showed arecovery, left improvement, but there are no significant differences between the twogroups (P>0.05).2. postoperative arrhythmia of transcatheter occlusionwas26.4%,followed up recovery rate of88.9%within six months, while surgery got36.0%,and66.7%,compared with surgical treatment, transcatheterocclusion shower small possibility ofpostoperative arrhythmias, and higher recovery rate with a statistically significantdifference3.the restoration of incomplete right bundle branch restoration have norelationship with age, preoperative right ventricular size, treatment methods, etal, onlytherate of RVd change has(P <0.01), thegreater of the rate of RVd change, morepossibilities incomplete right bundle branch block coule recover.4.who have apreoperative atrial arrhythmia before the treatment, compared with no atrial arrhythmia, thatage, ventricular aneurysm, P-wave maximum time limit (Pmax), P wave dispersion(Pdis), left atrial diameter (LAd) have asignificant differences.5. the incidence ofpostoperative atrial arrhythmias decreased after6months, and it is affected by themethods of treatment, the patients of transcatheter occlusionshow a lower incidence.Conclusion:1the arrhythmiasInducedby transcatheter occlusionshower the majority can berestored in the following6months, surgery had a lower recovery rate, particularly atrialarrhythmia, so compared to surgery, interventional therapy is not obvious increase in theincidence of arrhythmias.2age, left atrial size isare an independent risk factor forpredicting preoperative atrial arrhythmia.3the rate of postoperative right ventriculardiameter change matters the rescovery of incomplete right bundle branchblock.4.Atrioventricular block is a major complication in atrial septal defect patients withtranscatheter closure, the main reason for its occurrence are the size of occluderdiameter and the anatomic location.
