Objective:Compared taxol release coronary balloon catheter and taxol drug-eluting stentstreatment efficacy and safety of the stent restenosis lesions. Methods:Choose from2011to2011in jida2hospital heart hospital diagnosis for the first timeafter the examination of the related with local pathological changes before and after thestent cases of stent restenosis. Into the group of patients with a total of18cases of randomapplication of paclitaxel coating balloon (SeQuent do) treatment or paclitaxel-elutingstents (Taxus Liberte) treatment. Drug use balloon to treat patients with stent restenosis, for group A, the application of paclitaxel coating balloon (SeQuent do) to treat patientswith stent restenosis, for group B, group A (5male, female in5cases, aged41to70yearsold, the average (56.05+10.29); Group B (3male, female in5cases, aged45to70yearsold, the average (62.39+/-12.38). Selection of patients, to enter the second hospital ofjilin university, signed preoperative interventional treatment of informed consent, parallelchest X-ray, ultrasound, biochemical test, the examination such as various conventionaland myocardial injury markers. All the selected patients were performed preoperativeantiplatelet drugs.Results:(1) the experimental group and the control way based on the differences betweenindividual situation and related history no statistical difference (P>0.05).(2)(270) days after intervention operation BingBianChu restenosis lesion degree ofstatisticsThe test, the balloon group and270days after surgery repeated coronary angiographyexamination. Experimental group BingBianChu restenosis degree was0.46+/-0.49mm,while the control group was0.50+/-0.62mm, experimental group BingBianChu restenosis degree, standard error and95%confidence interval,0.06mm and0.51mm(0.35,0.66) mm; Control group BingBianChu BingBianChu restenosis degree, standarderror and95%confidence interal,0.07mm and0.58mm-0.05(0.24,0.20) mm; Inaddition the trial ci limit in the test plan earlier proposed the bad effect value of0.21mmor less.(3) the success rate of interventional treatmentTwo groups of surgical immediate success rate were100%(4) in interventional treatment was selected cases,30days,180days,270days and ayear later, in all cases follow-up observation, observe whether there are cases of death, dueto local lesion blood vessel local pathological changes of myocardial infarction and PCIagain, will the data for statistical analysis. Conclusion:The experiment study compared taxol release coronary balloon catheter and taxoldrug-eluting stents (des) on the effectiveness of the treatment of stent restenosis lesions, part of the group of270days after surgery in patients with coronary artery angiography ofthe review, the review results show that the drugs balloon and stent in the treatment ofstent restenosis lesions is safe and effective, balloon and stent group during the period of1year after the interventional treatment of observation data, can be learned that theoccurrence of two groups of clinical events related to coronary artery lesions withoutstatistical significance. Which can be concluded that drugs balloon and stent similarcurative effect on treatment of stent restenosis lesions, the drugs balloon equally safe andeffective treatment of stent restenosis lesions. Drug balloon compared with drug-elutingstents have avoid again metal stents implanted artificial effective lumen stenosis andfurther avoids the stents in the presence of polymer. From the above discussion can beconcluded that balloon is a safe and effective treatment of stent restenosis lesions, stentrestenosis lesions can be used in clinical treatment.
