Clinical Analysis Of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting For Three-vessel Coronary Artery Disease

By comparing pump coronary artery bypass grafting(CCABG) and off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG)treatment of coronary artery disease in patients with clinical effect,summarize experience in the treatment of coronary artery bypass graftingMethods: OPCABG or CCABG were performed in70patients ofthree-vessel coronary disease.The left internal mammary artery(LIMA)was used to be the graft vessel to be the graft vessel to anastomose withleft anterior descend ing.The saphenous vein was used to be the graftvessel to anastomose with left circumflex coronary artery，right coronaryartery/posterior descend artery，diagonal branch，obtuse marginal branch.Result:There was two postoperative death.The others recoveredsmoothly， angina pectoris were totally relieved or alleviatedobservably.Follow up varied from3t o48months，results are rathersatisfactory.Conclusion:Off-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery is a safeand effective way to treat patients with coronary artery disease, but it cannot completely replace the pump coronary artery bypass grafting.Adoptpractical, feasible and safe surgical procedures, proper perioperativemanagement，intraoperative myocardial protection and good surgical techniques to continuously improve postoperative drug maintenance cangreatly improve the survival rate.
