Objective:Analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy bile duct injury caused byreasons provide a reference for the reduction of bile duct injury SurgeryInformation and MethodsSino-japanese fellowship GanDanYi hospital were retrospectivelyanalyzed surgical2006-1to2013-December10cases to bile duct injuryof laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with clinical data.Threepatients had a history of abdominal surgery,5cases of gallbladder stonewith acute cholecystitis,1case of Mirizzi syndrome,1case of chroniccholecystitis break out repeatedly.7cases of mechanical and thermal burn(3cases).Right hepatic duct injury in4cases, right hepatic duct injury in1case,4cases of hepatic duct, common bile duct injury in1case.Givedrainage of abdominal cavity to the liver, bile duct repair support+Ttube drainage, bile duct jejunum Rou-x-en-Y consistent treatment.Result:All patients recovered well and were followed up for3months to2years without complications such as biliary stricture and calculirecurrence. Conclution:1、Clinical anatomy of surgery is to confirm the safety assurance.2、Laparotomy surgery timely and reasonable security measures.
