Objective:To study hypothyroidism during pregnancy, pregnancy outcomes andcomplications for pregnant women influencing factors, to provide a referencefor clinical treatment. Methods:A retrospective study in our hospital obstetric deliveries hypothyroidismduring pregnancy clinical data of151cases. According to first discoveredduring pregnancy and hypothyroidism diagnosed when the diagnosis is dividedinto clinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy and gestational subclinicalhypothyroidism, analyzes the influencing factors and complications.Results:⑴number of cases in each group miscarriage percentage of total numberof cases is not very different. The average number of abortions hypothyroidismgroup was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Asia hypothyroidism group, the average number of abortions slightlyhigher, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); hypothyroidismgroup, the average number of abortions slightly Asian hypothyroidism group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).⑵each group, theaverage number of days of termination of pregnancy no significant differenceswere not statistically significant (P>0.05). Hypothyroidism group, the averagebirth weight was significantly lower than the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05); Asia hypothyroidism group, the average birthweight was significantly lower than the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05);hypothyroidism group, the average birth weight is slightly lower than the Asian hypothyroidism group, the differencewas not statistically significant(P>0.05).⑶discovered and diagnosed accordingto pregnancy subclinical hypothyroidism opportunity to subclinicalhypothyroidism group was divided into pre-hospital group and the group afteradmission, while the establishment of a control group, in which pre-hospitalgroup in the discovery and diagnosis that given the appropriate treatment togive birth in the hospital after admission group that discovered and diagnosedwhen given the appropriate treatment. Comparison between groups hospitalchildbirth TSH values. Before admission was significantly higher TSH group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); admission TSH group wassignificantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);admission TSH group was significantly higher than the pre-hospital group, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05).⑷hypothyroidismhypothyroidism group with Asia in the median gestational age was statisticallysignificant difference between (P <0.05), Asian hypothyroid group at age25<Age≤30years was the largest, mainly in25years <Age≤35years of age,the age of30hypothyroid group <Age≤35years was the largest, mainly in theage>30years old.⑸hypothyroidism and pregnancy-induced hypertensioncombined incidence of hypothyroidism slightly higher than the Asian group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Asian hypothyroidismand pregnancy-induced hypertension combined age of25<Age≤30yearswas the largest, mainly in the25years <Age≤35years old, hypothyroidismand pregnancy-induced hypertension combined age of30<Age≤35yearswas the largest, focused on age>30years old.Conclusions:1. hypothyroidism during pregnancy can induce a range of antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum complications, resulting in adverse pregnancy outcomes.2, hypothyroidism during pregnancy and age, there is a certaincorrelation between the number of abortions, abortion more times older canmake an increased incidence of hypothyroidism during pregnancy.3,hypothyroidism during pregnancy gestational hypertension associated withincreased incidence of the disease, suggesting that abnormal thyroid functionduring pregnancy-induced hypertensive disorders in pregnancy may be a riskfactor. Four, people with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy forwomen compared to women with normal pregnancy, termination of pregnancywas no significant difference in the number of days, the former low birthweight.5, strengthen the awareness of a correct understanding ofhypothyroidism during pregnancy, universal knowledge, so that conditionalpreconception and prenatal women can periodically check thyroid function, effectively prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes, improve the quality ofpregnancy.
