Objective: to study the percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) combinedcatheter-directed thrombolysis treatment the infrapopliteal arteriosclerosisocclusive disease, and to summarizes the main technical points and clinicalapplication value. Methods: the research object to choose between January2012and December2012, the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university hardening of thearteries at the feet of vascular surgery were stuffed with44cases of(50limb).All of the patients with limb vascular ultrasound, CTA and MRA diagnosis, according to treatment can be divided into the bellows percutaneoustransluminal angioplasty (PTA) in treatment group22cases(24limb) with thebellows the percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) in treatement ofcombined catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT) in the treatment group22patients(26limb). Compared two groups of cases of therapeutic effect andcomplications of treatment. Postoperative follow-up for2months to24months,to observe the postoperative situation of postoperative and preoperative ABI values. Statistical methods using SPSS16.0statistical software, the data in theabove cases and description. Results: The bellows percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) in treatmentof combined catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT) in the treatment group of22cases(26limb) including1case merger of vascular calcification is serious andserious diseases such as hypertension, surgical failure. The remaining cases theoriginal lesions recanalization after treatment, no serious complications. Surgicalsuccess rate of96.2%. Technical success rate96.2%(25/26), the clinicalsymptoms is good rate was88.5%. Preoperative clinical symptom scorescatheter thrombolysis treatment groupABI:5.42±1.86, the catheter treatmentgroupABI:5.21±2.52; By statistical analysis software p>0.05, there was nostatistically significant difference said. Postoperative catheter thrombolysistreatment group ABI:0.76±0.17; The catheter treatment group ABI:0.66±0.13;By statistical software analysis p<0.05, the difference was statisticallysignificant. Conclusion: the bellows percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA)combined catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT) is the treatment ofinfrapopliteal arteriosclerosis occlusive disease is safe and effective method. Fora long period of patients with artery stenosis or occlusion, often secondaryarterial thrombosis, single with balloon expansion or stenting is difficult toensure good curative effect, and use within the bellows percutaneoustransluminal angioplasty (PTA) combined catheter directed thrombolysis(CDT)technology can effectively improve lower extremity arteriosclerosis thrombosisocclusion merger cases of success, and achieve satisfactory curative effect inpreventing postoperative restenosis.
