A questionnaire (developed by the author), a brief version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(10items, made by Campbell-Stills), Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease6-Item Scale、 Simple Coping Style Scale(revised by Yaning Xie), Perceived Social Support Scale and the10-item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale have been employed to collect data. The data has been analyzed by multiple statistical analysis tools, such as descriptive analysis, two-sample test, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: 1The level of renal transplant patients’ psychological health: the scores are in the range of10-38points, including30(45.5%) scored10-19points,17(25.7%) scored20-24points,15(22.7%) scored25to29points, and4(6.1%) scored30-50points, with an average score of21.06±5.55, which significantly higher than the same healthy controls.2The status of renal transplant patients’ positive psychological quality: the resilience scores range from14to40points, with an average of28.20±5.51; Self-efficacy scores range from2.5to10points, with an average of7.29±1.63points; Coping style scores: positive coping style scores range from0.92to2.92points, with an average of1.99±0.49; negative coping style scores range from0.25to2.63points, with an average of1.36±0.52.3The status of renal transplant patients’ social support: family support scores are in the range of7-28points, with an average of23.95±4.17; Friends support scores are in the range of4-28points, with an average of21.08±4.98; other support scores are in the range of7-28points, with an average of21.94±4.11points.4T test and variance analysis of psychological health, positive psychological quality, and social support of renal transplant patients indicate no significant difference in sociology of population and disease characteristics.5By using Pearson correlation analysis, there are closely relationships between renal transplant patients’ possibility of psychological distress, positive psychological quality, and social support: the relationship between the possibility of psychological distress and resilience, self-efficacy, positive coping, social support is significantly negative correlation; while there is significantly positive correlation between the possibility of psychological distress and negative coping. And, the relationships, between self-efficacy, positive coping, family support and resilience, friends support, are significantly positive correlation.6By using multiple linear regression analysis, main factors influencing the kidney transplant patients’ psychological health are:resilience, friends support and negative coping, which can explain42.4%of the variation of psychological health.Conclusions:1The level of renal transplant patients’ psychological health is lower than healthy people. Therefore, renal transplant patients’psychological health should be taken seriously, and nursing staff should give positive nursing measures to promote patients’ psychological health.2The relationship between the possibility of psychological distress and resilience, self-efficacy, positive coping, social support is significantly negative correlation; while it is significantly positive correlation between the possibility of psychological distress and negative coping. And, relationships, between self-efficacy, positive coping, family support and resilience, friends support, are significantly positive correlation. It seems that resilience, self-efficacy, coping styles and social support are likely to be influential factors of psychological health. Resilience, self-efficacy, positive coping and social support have positive effects on psychological health, while negative coping has negative impact. Furthermore, self-efficacy, positive coping and family support may affect psychological health, through impacting resilience and friends support.3Main factors influencing kidney transplant patients’ psychological health include: resilience, friends support and negative coping, which can explain42.4%of the variation of mental health. Kidney transplant patients, with better resilience, high degree of friend support, avoiding negative coping, will be more psychological health.
