ObjectiveThis study investigated the hospital in Jinzhou city of Liaoning Province,the nursing staff level of social support,positive mental health status and quality of the mental health status of nursing staff,and to explore the relationship between social support and positive mental health quality and mental health of the three,to find out the factors affecting mental health of nursing staff,provide a theoretical basis for improving the level of mental health of nursing staff.MethodsUsing convenience sampling method,from March 2015 to December 2016,a questionnaire survey was conducted among three nurses in the third grade hospitals of Liaoning City,Jinzhou province.The implementation of this study is mainly through the literature review,questionnaire survey,field investigation,the recovery of the questionnaire after the entry and analysis of data,writing papers and other steps to complete this study.The use of nursing staff in general scale,Resilience Scale and chronic disease self-efficacy questionnaire,simple coping style questionnaire,perceived social support scale and psychological pain scale of nursing staff in hospital general information,the level of resilience,self-efficacy,coping style,social support and mental health questionnaire.The demographic characteristics analysis in nursing staff mental health,psychological resilience,self-efficacy,coping style and social support between using t test and single factor variance;resilience,nurse self-efficacy,mentalhealth and social support and coping style,the relationship between the application of Pearson correlation analysis;the impact of mental health factors of nursing staff analysis gradually the use of multivariate regression analysis.Results1.The age range of nursing staff(20~55)years old,average age(35.5±6.0)years;420 cases of nursing staff in marriage,non marriage in 300 cases of nursing staff.2.according to the results of the survey,Jinzhou city hospital mental health nurses scored an average of(15.2±7.9),nursing staff psychological elastic average score(60.1±17.1)points,nursing staff self-efficacy scored an averageof(47.7±12.3),social support nursing staff average score(66.6±10.3),nursing staff to actively respond to the average score(34.2±10.5),nursing staff average score of negative coping(18.2±10.5)points.3.The age,education,department and function of nursing staff can affect the mental health of nursing staff.Other demographic characteristics have no significant effect on the mental health of nursing staff(P>0.05).The level of mental health of nurses was positively correlated with the level of self-efficacy of nursing staff,the level of psychological resilience,the level of social support and the positive coping style,and the negative coping style of nursing staff was negatively correlated.Age,education,social support,positive mental health quality is the influencing factor of mental health level.4.The predictive effect of mental health on the mental health was raised from 0.323 to 0.758 in the social support.Conclusion1.The mental health level of nurses in the top three hospitals of Jinzhou City is at a moderate level,but lower than the mental health of normal people.2.The age of nursing staff,education can affect the level of mental health of nurses,other demographic characteristics for the psychological impact ofnurses no statistically significant.3.The level of mental health of nursing staff was positively correlated with the level of self-efficacy of nursing staff,the level of psychological flexibility,the level of social support and the positive coping style,which was negatively correlated with the negative coping style of nursing staff.At the same time nursing staff social support,positive mental health quality can affect the mental health of nurses.
