Objective:Evaluate the relationship between the neuromuscular electrical activityratio with CT patellar tiltAngle and congruence and sulcus angle。Method:This study collected patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome in63cases,according to the order and patients may divided into electromyographic biofeedbacktherapy group, the traditional therapy group, the electromyographic biofeedbacktherapy in combination with traditional therapy group. Electromyographicbiofeedback therapy group20patients, give patients with knee jointelectromyographic biofeedback therapy; Traditional therapy group of21patients, thetraditional therapy including articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate, jointmobilization, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) gas flow; Electromyographicbiofeedback therapy in combination with traditional therapy training group,22patients in the conventional therapy based on giving the electromyographicbiofeedback training.3groups respectively before and after five weeks treatmentmeasure supporting patellar horse, supine Q Angle, standing Q Angle, using visualanalog score evaluation of knee pain and WOMAC evaluation questionnaire.Electromyographic biofeedback therapy group and the electromyographicbiofeedback therapy in combination with traditional therapy group also need tomeasure the neuromuscular electrical activity ratio before and after the training.Usingthe surface electromyography assess neuromuscular electrical activity ratio toElectromyographic biofeedback therapy group. Measurement of patellar tilt Angleand congruence and sulcus angle in CT examination of keen。 Patients after theelectromyographic biofeedback with traditional therapy methods training measure these indicators again, we use statistical methods to analyze these data.Result:Three groups of patients after5weeks treatment congruence and sulcusangle, supine Q Angle, standing Q Angle index reflecting the abnormal patellar trackare reduced compared with before treatment. After5weeks treatment, Three groupsof patients of VAS score lower (P <0.05), the joint group before and after treatmentof VAS score difference and difference of WOMAC evaluation questionnaire werehigher than the electromyographic biofeedback group and conventional therapy group(P <0.05).There was a moderate correlation between the congruence and sulcus angleand VMO/VL includes baseline and dynamic value before training(r=-0.470(p<0.05)、r=-0.447(p<0.05)),also there was a moderate correlation between them aftertraining(r=-0.51(p<0.05)、r=-0.604(p<0.05)).Before and after the treatment therewas no significant correlation between the CT patellar tilt Angle and VMO/VLincludes baseline and dynamic value (p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Electromyographic biofeedback therapy combined with traditionaltherapy in the treatment of patellofemoral pain syndrome curative effect is better, improve vastus medialis oblique function2.Using the surface electromyographyassess neuro-muscular electrical activity ratio can be used as the diagnosis andcurative effect evaluation index of PFPS.
