Objective: Detect the expression of oncogenes HIF-1α and tumor suppressor genesEAF2from prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia to explore their prostatecancer diagnosis, treatment, metastasis and prognosis in value of Clinical applications.Methods: Detect the expression of44cases of prostate cancer and23cases of benignprostatic hyperplasia tissue HIF-1α and EAF2the SP immunohistochemical method toanalyze both patients with prostate cancer PSA, Gleason score, TNM stage, bonemetastasis and other clinicopathological parameters investigate the relationship betweenprostate cancer patients in clinical analysisResults: HIF-1α, EAF2in44cases of prostate cancer, the positive rate was72.7%,40.9%, in23cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia, the positive rate was43.5%,69.6%,both in prostate cancer tissues was significantly higher than benign prostatic hyperplasia,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In≤70years of age and>70groupstudy, the positive expression rate HIF-1αand EAF2no significant difference (P>0.05).PSA≤20ng/ml in15cases of prostate cancer patients, EAF2positive expression in10cases, in29cases of PSA>20ng/ml of prostate cancer patients, EAF2were positive in8patients (P <0.05). EAF2in Gleason score <7points in prostate cancer tissue expressionwas50%; EAF2Gleason score=7points in prostate cancer tissues, the positive expressionrate of62.5%; EAF2in Gleason score>7points prostate cancer tissue expression ratio8.3%(P <0.05). HIF-1α in Gleason score <7group=7grouping,>7packet number ofpositive cases were87.5%cases,81.3%cases and31.5%cases (P <0.05). TNM staging inprostate cancer stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ18cases pathological tissues, the positive expression ratesEAF2, HIF1-α66.7%. EAF2in TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage tissues positive rate of30%(P<0.05). HIF-1α in TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage tissues positive rate of73.1%. In15cases ofprostate cancer bone metastasis cases, EAF2were positive in3cases, in29cases of prostate cancer cases did not occur in bone metastasis, EAF2positive expression of3cases(P <0.05). HIF-1α in patients with bone metastases and bone metastases occurred in thenumber of cases showed positive expression were10cases and22cases. For the44casesof prostate cancer survival comparison found EAF2express positive patient survival wassignificantly higher in patients EAF2negative (P <0.05).Conclusion: Prostate cancer tissue HIF1-α, EAF2expression is closely related to thebiological characteristics of the tumor, may be one of the mechanisms of tumor growth,invasion and metastasis. Detection of HIF-1α, EAF2predicting tumor malignancy,invasion, metastasis and prognosis of a certain value.
