Objective(1) To explore the function of the NCMS survey area, the implementation of single disease in disease choice, fee standards and compensation mechanism.(2) Investigate the implementation of single disease impact on the medical staff and the patients and their evaluation.(3) Explore single disease survey area running problems and related systems.(4) Propose some advice about single disease.Methods(1) literature researchUsing CNKI, Wan Fang database, Chongqing weipu database, pubMed, government and medical organizational official website and related statistical yearbook, and Baidu encyclopedia, Baidu library, Wikipedia,etc. summarizes the domestic and foreign research about modes of payment, especially the research literature in NCMS single disease.(2) field investigation For more comprehensive, in-depth analysis of the implementation effect of NCMS single disease in Hubei, according to the typical sampling method, this study was to choose jiangxia district in wuhan, Xuanen County, Dangyang city as study sites.
