The Initial Research Of Interstitial Magnetic Resonance Lymphography In The Diagnosis Of Lymph Nodal Metastases In Cevical Cancer

Objective:1. To investigate the pelvis nodal metastasis, through performing interstitialmagnetic resonance (MR) lymphography on the patients with cervical cancer, whichcompare with the results of the nodes resection to evaluate initially the diagnostic feasibilityof interstitial MR lymphography in discovering the cavitas pelvis lymph nodal metastasis.2.Analyze the syndromes of chinese medicine of cervical cancer which include foursyndromes, in order to evaluate the relationship of cervical cancer and every syndrome ofchinese medicine and discover the treatment of chinese medicine on cervical cancer in priorand latter period.Methods: 1.9 patients with cervical cancer were performed pelvic lymphography,whichintradermally injection the Gadodiamide Injection in bipedal toe web or in the labiummajus,finished in 5min,and massage solfly for about 30 sec and then watch the pelvislympgatic vessel drainage and the nodal metastasis,and then observed the pelvis nodes ofthe patients.Compare the results between the two teams, and evaluate initially the value ofinterstitial MR lmphography in discovering the of cavitas pelvis lymph nodal metastasis.2.Classify 36 patients with cervical cancer and lymph nodes resection into foursyndromes: syndrome of spleen and kidney yang asthenia, syndrome of stagnation ofliver;syndrome of the live and kidney asthenia,and syndrome of damptoxin. Analyze therelationship of cervical cancer and every syndrome of traditional medicine of 36 persons.Results: 1.In the 9 patients performed successfully to interstitial MR lymphography,thedrainage lymphatic vessels,lymph node groups were visualized clearly.The best time is15min after injection in the labium majus and 30min after injection in bipedal toe web.3patients was positive (Two of three patients for lymph nodes resection and the result waspositive, another for chemotherapy).6 patients were negative,which were the same with theresults of lymph node resection.2.In the 36 patients,9 have lymph nodal metastasis(25%),in which 5 are syndrome ofspleen and kidney yang asthenia (55.6%);in 27without lymph nodal metastasis,14 aresyndrome of damptoxin (51.9%).Concusion:1.MRI interstitial lymphography can clearly show the pelvis lympgatic vessel drainage and the nodal metastasis.It is feasible to perform MRI interstitiallymphography on patients with cervical cancer.2.In the patients with lymph nodal metastasis, spleen and kidney yang asthenia is themain syndrome;in the patients without lymph nodal metastasis, damptoxin is the mainsyndrome.
