Collelation Between Different Dialectical Type Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Blood Lipid, Indexes Of Vascular Endothelial Cell Function With Carotid Atherosclerosis

Ami: To investigate the correlation between different dialectical types of traditional Chinese medicine and blood lipid, indexes of vascular endothelial cell function with Carotid Atherosclerosis in order to probe into their regularity.Methods: Totally 102 CAS patients were selected. All subjects received divided into eight essential element of syndrome groups based on the Tradition Chinese syndromes. Sum up the common types of CAS. Date the blood lipid and indexes of vascular endothelial cell function between different dialectical types of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1. 102 patients in CAS, yin-defieieney appears 58 times, turbid phlegm appears 53 times, yang- defieieney appears 37 times, blood stasis appears 32 times.2. The commom types of CAS are yang- defieieney of spleen and kidney; yin-defieieney of liver and kidney; phlegm-blood stagnation.3. The level of MMP-1 in type of phlegm-blood stagnation was higher than the other two types. (p＜0.05)Conclusion:1. Phlegm-blood stagnation is the important step in the process of CAS.2. The level of MMP-1 was related to the type of phlegm-blood stagnation.
