After the cold war, As the change of international situation and China’s economicrising, South-east Asian governments policy of Chinese education has made greatchange:from the restricted or prohibited to loosening. With the "China craze",learning Chinese has not only limited to Chinese,Chinese schools restart、Thenational schools open Chinese class,Chinese cram school stand in great numbers, it isshow that Southeast Asian Chinese education after the cold war appeared newdevelopment. Chinese education workers and academics facing the situation, rethinkthe Chinese language education: Form called for open Chinese language education tofocus on Chinese language education reform. The paper based on anglicizing of nineseminars of The Southeast Asian Chinese language teaching convention, to researchthe relocation of Southeast Asian Chinese education after the Cold War and itsperformance study.
