After1960,the mulitimedia technology has been gradually applied to the fieldoflangscape sculpture.It provides a new method and expends the space to the traditionallandscape sculpture,It also had an important effect on the development of landscapesculpture in the design methods,With the expansion of the scope of landscape sculpturedesign and the enhance of the multimedia technology level,multimedia technology ismore and more widely used in landscape sculpture.As an important method for the landscape sculptor,Multimedia technology enrichthe design methods and gives the important direction of the landscape sculpture’sfuture.Needless to say,the multimedia technology has become an important technologyin the field of landscape sculpture.with the development of multimedia technology,Itconstantly changing people’s aesthetic consciousness.This paper mainly studies theimportant influence to the development of multimedia technology on landscapesculpture,focused on the landscape sculpture technique,three-dimensional design.Thispaper also analysis the contemporary development of the multimedia technology in thelandscape sculpture and interptet the value and function of multimedia technology basedon the actual sculpture works.
