Marx’s practical materialism natural view is the "new world outlook", It is ascientific method for people to know and transform the nature of. In recent years, withthe rapid economic development, human demand for the material to maximize, livingenvironment is worsening, gradually developed into a global ecological crisis tendency.The ozone layer caused by forest vegetation water pollution, air pollution, soildesertification, soil erosion, destruction and industrial damage and the greenhouse effect,acid rain and other issues, has become a threat to the global problem of production andlife of mankind. In the face of the deteriorating ecological environment, we began tore-examine the relationship between man and nature, and tried to find a way to lead thehuman way out of the dilemma. Marx’s practical materialism natural view pointed out thedirection for us to solve the ecological crisis, it not only on the basis of practice, but alsoin a new perspective to understand people and nature, people and society relationship,provide abundant theory foundation for realistic condition we explore the relationshipbetween man and nature and solve ecological crisis.This paper combines the historical and logical principles, detailed summary of thewestern philosophers nature theory the development process, the forming process ofMarx’s practical materialism natural view, discusses the basic connotation of Marx’spractical materialism natural view and its contemporary significance.
