With the development of Chinese rural economy and the acceleration of the urbaniation process, Cultural construction in rural areas have become increasingly prominent, and it has aroused the attention of national and academia. At present, the research of academic focuses mainly on meaning, connotation, content, mode, system of rural cultural construction. Almost no one analysis the logic of behavior of an interaction relationship in the rural cultural construction body (country, village cadres and famers).In the perspective of the rural culture construction, the author describes three different kinds of cultural construction processes in Zhaixidian village:the first one is the national leading culture construction;secondly, the villagers spontaneously culture construction; thirdly, the cultural construction which with the national country, village cadres and famers’ interaction.
