Research On The Rural Well-off Culture Construction Of China

Rural culture construction in China plays an important role not only inadvancing the rural area but also in complete the building of a moderatelyprosperous society throughout the whole country. Rural well-off cultureconstruction is the most unsubstantial aspect in the building of a moderatelyprosperous society. So, it is both intrinsic requirement and importantguarantee to strengthen rural well-off culture construction in the process ofcomplete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.This paper concludes four parts.The first part, on the basis of providing the concept of culture, well-offculture and rural well-off culture, this paper illustrates the age characteristicsand function in the process of complete the building of a moderatelyprosperous society. Which concludes that it is necessary to construct ruralwell-off culture in complete the building of a moderately prosperous society.The second part, which made a special survey of the rural well-offculture construction related with part of peasants from ZhangDian distict,ZiBo city through issuing the questionnaire. Then, analyzing the status quo ofwell-off culture construction from six aspects: the construction of ruralcultural consumption, cultural facilities supply, peasant cultural activities, therural characteristic culture, the rural cultural market regulation, the farmers’subjectivity.The third part, combing with relative theory and the research data, thissection pointed out the existing problems of the rural well-off cultureconstruction at present stage;The fourth part focuses on the principles and measures of implementingrural well-off culture construction and explains that the target, system andmechanism, human support, form and content in the process of rural well-offculture construction at present.
