The Study On Folk-custom And Culture Of Horqin Love Song

In the conclusion part, the contents discussed in the previous two parts are-systematically summarized. The main purpose of this work is to understand the traditional culture of Horqin Mongolian people through digging the folk-customs and culture which reflected in their love song.This thesis includes introduction, main text and conclusions.In introduction part, the reasons and significance of the study on folk-custom and culture of. Horqin love song are-expounded, and the previous achievements on this topic are also summarized. The methods and theories used in whole thesis are also presented in this part.In first chapter of main text, we mainly focused on the customs of marriage and beliefs, which reflected in the Horqin love song. In terms of the marriage customs, we studied the form of mercenary marriage and free marriage as well as needlework customs, Shan figure feast form, the clothes changing ceremony for groom and bride, soliciting ceremony of seeing daughter so forth in depth. As far as the beliefs customs concerned, the phenomena include the birds and beasts’omen, limbs omen, dream omen have been investigated. And the fortune telling customs, such as choosing auspicious occasion and idolizing white and blue color are also discussed.
