Studying On The Development Of Horqin Short Folk Song In The Process Of Social Culture Changes

In the 19th century, due to the domestic and oversea impacts, Horqin grassland’s economic production shifted from nomadic economy to farming-pastroal economy. As the consequence, the social culture of Horqin area changed and a new kind of music-Horqin Short Folk Songs emerged.In spite of the fact that Horqin Short Folk Songs was originated in traditional culture, it has something different. Its real-time existing form proved that expanding the cultural horizon was significant to the progress of a civilization. Furthermore, it conveyed the process of cultural integration, cultural selection, cultural interaction, cultural reconstruction, acculturation, and also, the existence of multicultural views on Short Folk Songs.The culture of popular music and classic music are two display forms of musical culture at different times, with different charms. While the cultural characteristics they contained were not absolutely contrary but organically integrative. Even there were slight culture conflicts, it’s a integration process of music culture and an even more generation process of new culture,from the entire musical culture development history perspective.Then seen from this perspective,they are doing the same thing,having the same goal.This paper conducts Inner Mongolia Short Folk Songs as the object of the study, adopting research methods such as field survey method, literature analysis method, comparison study method and etc,learning from relevant research findings such as musical sociology, musical aesthetics, musical communication, from theoretical knowledges such as ethnomusicology and ethnology.The main clue of this paper is based on Horqin Short Folk Songs’ emergence, mature and development, aim to analyse the musical phenomena it has presented and discover the artistic value. By researching Short Folk Songs’ modern development, this paper further explain the infallible connection between the diversification changes of the musical noumenon form and its ecological environment. In other words, the emergence of Horqin Short Folk Songs depends on the change of social culture context,and its rise and prosperity show the real content of the transition of social culture.
