Based on the previous studies this paper analyzes Vowel first and second formants (F1, F2) through the use of Tu language(Mongouor) phonetic acoustic parameters database, and draws the acoustic vowel diagram. By combining the methods of quantitative and qualitative studies, detailed description of Tu language (Mongouor) vowel features and their distribution were shown in the article. The paper consists of six parts which are an introduction, the establishment of the parameter database, acoustic analysis of short vowels, acoustic analysis of long vowels, acoustic analysis of the diphthongs, conclusion and Implications. Introduction part includes Tu people, general introduction of Tu language (Mongouor), previous studies, research significance and content and research methods etc. Chapter two introduces the establishment of Tu language (Mongouor) phonetic parameters database. In chapter three it studies sound quality, quantity and distribution pattern of Tu language (Mongouor) short vowels. The result is that there are [(?),ε,e,i,(?),o,(?),(?),u,u,y]11short vowels for the initial syllable in Tu language (Mongouor), attributed to phonemes/(?),e,i,o,u/.There are[(?),ε,Λ,e,(?),i,(?),o,(?),u,(?)]12short vowels for the non-initial syllable in Tu language (Mongouor), attributed to phonemes/(?),e,i,o,u/.In chapter four it studies sound quality, quantity and distribution pattern of Tu language (Mongouor) long vowels in the first syllable and non-initial syllable. The result shows that Tu language (Mongouor) has[(?):,e:,i:,o:,u:,(?):]six long vowels, attributed to/(?):,e:,i:,o:,u:/five phonemes.[(?):]is the phonemic variant of/u:/.Chapter five analyzes the diphthongs in Tu language (Mongouor), and it finds out that Tu language (Mongouor) has eight diphthongs [(?),(?),(?),(?),(?),(?),(?),(?)], and they are all ascending diphthongs. The last part concludes and summarizes the research.
