Anxiety is negative physiological state of a multilayer composite. The probability, it occurs in real life is very high, And have an important effect on individual daily life.Before the Scientific psychology,Many philosophers, anthropologists have put forward their own theories and conjecture of anxiety.Some psychoanalytic scholars, neuropathologist regard anxiety is the pathogenic factors of neurosis, and also the characteristics of certain brain lesions. But after the reforms by Scientific psychology, through the animals and human experiments, researchers realized, for normal subjects, the feelings of anxiety is the awareness of the process of individual physiological arousal, and motivation is related to the occurrence of anxiety dom inantly.Recent studies around the relationship between anxiety and cognition,and chronic diseases with anxiety have achieved a lot of valuable results.In this study,starting from a larger category of the relationship between emotional and cognitive, we are interested in the anxiety and digital working memory.(DWM) Experiments observed the consequence of the DWM changing with the experimental noise induced physiological anxiety. The results found that moderate noise74db working memory test scores improve,(P<0.05).The performance in low level of noise50dB and high level of noise96dB are not significant both with baseline. This finding is inconsistent with previous theoretical frames.Currently dominant theory of anxiety believe the anxiety make the attention clues confusion, of which Exceeds the limits of cognitive abilities that can be processed simultaneously, so as to reduce the working memory.in order to find objective physiological state evidence, the further study is to possess the physiological data on noise exposure. The results displayed that in the selected physiological indicators, only except for BVP maximal peak frequency, every other indicator showed significant difference comparing the baseline data(P<0.01).The principal component analysis found that, maximum variation of noise-induced physiological changes reflected in HRV and EMG response.This means anxiety physiological characteristics are loaded largely by two simple physiological channel change, in order to understand the physiological changes’consistency in anxiety between subjects, we introduced the timing superimposed drawing of HRV component and EMG component for all50participating" average value. The results showed the subjects consistency HRV variation,in which of the noise loudness level and the specific audio category.EMG response found no consistency between subjects.After analysis, the EMG components variation is different between subjects and the biggest reason is that the used observation data has not been waveform conversion, so that too coarse to analysis.The conclusion is supported by the moderate degree of noise-induced physiological anxiety state can increase working memory scores.The physiological mechanisms of this phenomenon is that noise as threatening stimulation triggered subjects avoidance motivation, then the the corresponding brain areas evoked. It Activates the HPA axis regulation by endocrine and neural, the heart pumping ability, the blood oxygen utilization and glucose metabolism capabilities improve. When this process achieve the optimal state, subjects’ level of cognitive operations is improved.however, as This activation exceeds the optimal level, subjects are certain of the inadaptive state evoked by threating information, in the result of taking the protection and avoidance measures, adopted a strategy to suppress the noise exposure, that cognitive ability is reduced.
