The development of everything in the world has its regularity, the development ofthe Chinese landscape painting also has its own intrinsic laws, this paper is mainly tothe period of Wei and Jin Dynasties to Tang Dynasty of ancient Chinese landscapepainting development as the main research direction. In the long time of Pre-Qin to theWei and Jin Dynasties in ancient China feudal society, Taoism and Buddhism figurepainting has dominated the Chinese painting, and made a very brilliant achievements.During this period, landscape painting has not been found, there is the image of thelandscape even in some paintings that are in the auxiliary effect of background. The WeiJin Southern and Northern Dynasties is a perpetual war, involving four period of chaos,the central and local fight, within the ruling class contradictions in the regime changefrequently, in the years of war, the great turmoil in society, the traditional feudal Liegeethics and social ethics badly trampled. Therefore,the Wei and Jin Dynasties literati began to pay attention to the landscape, and thenbegan to landscape paintings, so that Chinese landscape painting was born.
