The soft decoration in interior environment design has become the mainstream ofhome decoration. As important items in indoor environment, it is very important toresearch the effects of the environmental factors, especially the indoor environmentfactors on the design of ceramic products. The design of ceramic products not onlyshould attach great importance to modeling and decoration, but also pay attention to theindoor environmental factors.The production of ceramics has a close relationship with natural environment, andappropriate soil, climate and geographical position is the important basis of ceramicproduction. The market environment has huge impacts on the design of the ceramicproducts, and the market of the soft decoration has a huge demand for ceramicproducts. As a part of indoor whole household solutions, the ceramic products should bedesigned according to the requirements of different indoor space. It is very obvious thatthe interior design style affects the design of the ceramic products. The simplificationstyle of interior design demands that the ceramics product is concise modeling, sprightlycolor, highlighting the material character and corresponding with human bodyengineering principle. Chinese style of interior design demands that the ceramic productsreflect Chinese people advocating natural, pursuit the philosophy of the unity of natureand humanity. European classical style of interior design demands that the ceramicproducts have the characteristics of grave, atmosphere and elegant in modeling and havethe splendid visual effects. Naturalism design style of interior emphasizes on ecological,and advocates environmental protection. The design of ceramic products should followthe concept of emotional design, underline the owner’s taste and style and give users theclose and harmonious impression on the basis of modeling beautiful and easy to use. Atthe same time, should coordinate with the constituent elements of interior decorationdesign that the use and collocation of dot, line and face, and conform to law of formalbeauty of the uniform and contrast, rhythm and cadence, proportion and scale.The designer should start from the interior decoration theme, stick to the theme andstyle and design corresponding ceramic products. Based on the insight to the user’s, thedesigner should custom interior ceramic products for customers’ personalized needs andhighlight the user’s unique vision and taste according to the specific requirement of users.The design of ceramic products should match with the color and decoration of theinterior space, and promote the height of the interior design and the performance of theartistic conception on the requirements of select of the general color, the pattern design and general color emotional.
